Greatly exceded expectations!
I ordered trucker style hats for my Anchored Soul company from Merchology. I was nervous about ordering from a company online, but the quality in the hats I received from them is flawless. I highly recommend Merchology to anyone.

Great pacific hats
The hats look great. I love the material and it fits great. I’ve noticed different hats are slightly larger but some have a perfect smaller fit. Either way, I like it. Love the that’s and the embroidery looks great too. About to order some more.

Lots of mistakes! Won't use again.
I was placing a repeat order, of the exact same product (hats) with the exact same logo embroidery. The logo was not placed in the same spot on hat, nor the same size as the original order. We waited three weeks for production, and then order was not even shipped to our office but to a completely different company in our state!! Merchology issued a shipping label for the company who received our order to send us our hats, but sent a 3-day shippin label!!! The order was already messed with wrong embroidery and shipped to the wrong location. One would think Merchology could fork out some extra spend for an OVERNIGHT shipping to correct THEIR mistakes. VERY unhappy, disappointed, and will not be using again.

Great hat, Great customer service
My boss received this style hat as a thank you from our vendor. He was immediately hooked and said he was the most comfortable hat he has worn in years and wanted them with our logo. I found Merchology and we were able to find the correct style. During every step of my order I always felt well taken care of and informed. My merchology helper was great and answered our dumb questions respectfully. We received them yesterday and love them. All of our employees thought they were super comfortable and that our logo came out even clearer than a printed image. Overall we are very satisfied and will be coming back for more.
