Is it that time of year already? We can't believe that 2021 is coming to an end, but one of our favorite things to do every year is reflect on our accomplishments and highlights that the past 12 months held. Let us be the first to tell you that WOW, 2021 was a big year. Not only did it include some of our favorite annual events that we always look forward to, but it also included some huge company milestones. Let's get started with our 2021 Year in Review!

Merchology Named an Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Company for 4th Consecutive Year

For the fourth year in a row, we landed on the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest Growing Companies in America. We emerged from the challenges of 2020 stronger than ever, as we spent the year developing new tools and services and expanding our lifestyle brand, Zusa. What’s even more exciting is that less than 10% of companies make it on this list four times!

Our very own Ally Ward Delago was named a 40 Under 40 Honoree by the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal! Ally is a driving force behind our success, and we are so lucky to have her as a leader in our company.

Throughout the year, we like to make sure there is always something fun and exciting to look forward to. We have an amazing social team that plans thoughtful and fun-filled events for our team to enjoy, all year round! Some of our favorites include our annual boat cruise, Halloween party, Pal-entine's Gift Exchange, and our Cinco de Mayo celebration.

Mississippi Park Connection

Merchology was named Volunteer Group of 2021 by the Mississippi Park Connection! We hold this partnership close to our hearts, as we love improving the environment around us every day. We can't wait to see what we accomplish with MPC in 2022 and beyond!

Keep Truckee Meadows Beautiful: Beautiful Business of the Year!

What an honor! Merchology was named the Beautiful Business of the Year by the Keep Truckee Meadows Beautiful organization, due to our continued volunteering efforts throughout 2021.

Official Nevada Green Business Network Member

Merchology's Reno location became an official Nevada Green Business Network Member! You can read more about this recognition here! 

Donation Drives

We held multiple drives for different charities throughout 2021. Our donation drives included Toys for Tots, a sock drive for StreetWorks MN and Project 150 and a school supply drive for Minnesota Public Schools.

Feed My Starving Children

Our team attended a total of 5 FMSC events, which totaled 72 volunteer hours and packed nearly 18,000 meals for those in need.

Merch Solutions: Making Ordering Merch Easier Than Ever

We are always striving to make our experience even better for our customers, and we are always working on our innovation! One of our greatest accomplishments in 2021 was the launch of our brand new Merch Solutions. Check out our MerchStore, Group Order Tool, Buy Now, Ship Later, and MerchBox solutions for ALL of your upcoming merch needs!

 

Merchology Lands in Harrisburg, PA!

Perhaps one of our biggest moments of 2021 was opening the doors of our brand new facility in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania! This is our third facility, as we currently operate in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Reno, Nevada. We are SO excited to expand our team and serve our East Coast customers even more efficiently than before.

Continuing Our Education

This year, we continued our efforts to become a more inclusive and diverse community here at Merchology. We have always been committed to being an ally to our neighbors, and we are continuing to learn and grow in different spaces!

New Brand Partnerships

Our tagline is “Your Logo + Brands You Love”, so it wouldn’t be a year at Merchology without launching new partnerships with some of the greatest brands in the world. Here are some brands we began amazing partnerships with in 2021:
